About

I lead + innovate with organizations + individuals invested in responding to the harms of the past to make way for a more connected future with people, equity, + justice at the center.

After five years as a community organizer + political campaign manager in my hometown of Lawrence, MA, I came to Boston for graduate school to study cities + what makes them thrive. Urban planning quickly became my passion as I dug into the roots of poverty, racism, housing inequities + economic segregation. These problems felt preventable, yet were too often ignored by the very systems meant to solve them. I felt a deep responsibility to the communities I served + a calling to invest in our shared future.

My path soon took me abroad—seeking connection, culture + new models of equity. In Copenhagen, I led a transit equity project that became a turning point in my work as I saw the connections for good policy in supporting everyday people. In Cartagena, I was inspired by a collective of artists to write about the creative pathways supporting the revival of marginalized neighborhoods. And back home in Boston, I led a group of activists to help form a coalition connecting neighbors and residents to address our housing crisis. Across borders, I began to see the common threads of thriving, equitable communities: responsive governments + businesses, vibrant civic + social spaces for connection, and the courage to do the hard work of reparative planning rooted in systemic equity.

Since then, I’ve worked alongside organizations + individuals ready to move past fear (often disguised as denial) + step into real conversations about equity + inclusion. Through lived experience, deep community connection + an obsession with getting to the root of each challenge, I help leaders + teams find new pathways toward heart-centered connection, equity, joyful work + fulfilling lives.

I believe a better world is possible.

Creating with me will ensure you are not missing the opportunity for deep connectedness, joyful collaboration + the chance to reimagine what equity, leadership + thriving communities can truly look like.
