About

I lead + innovate with organizations + individuals invested in responding to the harms of the past to make way for a more connected future with people, equity, + justice at the center.

After five years of serving as a community organizer + political campaign manager in my hometown of Lawrence, MA, I arrived in Boston for graduate school to explore cities + what makes them run well. Urban planning became my obsession and I soon found myself hungry, searching for the answers behind our societal ills of poverty, racism, housing + economic segregation. The preventable measures to get us back in order seemed to be at our disposal and yet we struggled - no wait! - we hesitated to take action to do what was necessary. This felt unacceptable to me.

Soon after my academic journey, I began traveling abroad earnestly seeking connection + culture. In my travels + exploration, I began to see the common threads that made up great, equitable cities + communities: responsive governments, responsible businesses, thriving civic + social spaces with plentiful art for people to connect + those willing to take a real look at the past in order to repair the present + influence the future.

I’ve spent my professional life working with organizations + individuals willing to face fear oftentimes, (masked as comfortable denial) to get real about equity and inclusion. Through my lived experience, authentic connection to community + my obsession to get to the root of each problem, I am able to support organizations and individuals seeking a new path forward leading to heart-centered connection, equity, joyful work and living. A better world is possible in our lifetime, and I use this optimistic worldview to guide my work + consulting.

Creating with me will ensure you are not missing the opportunity for deep connectedness.

People are hungry for connection, workplaces that understand and welcome their whole selves, and leaders who are unapologetically active in their anti-racist commitment. That’s where I shine - bringing together those who aspire for more, and who need support, strategy + encouragement getting there
